the new sofa finally arrived yesterday,but overall the service experience wasn't a pretty pleasant one. firstly, it was supposed to arrive last sunday, but they called and said it will be postpone to yesterday at around 10am-2pm, but until 2pm the sofa didnt arrive, so my mom called them for around 5-6 times but nobody answered. so my dad went all the way down to westmall to the sea house shop he bought the sofa from. the salesperson called the delivery people and they said they are reaching soon. after 2 hours the sofa still didnt arrive (yea soon.) so my dad ask the salesperson again, then they said reaching in 10-15min.

alright, this time it arrived. when the delivery guys unwrapped it, my mom realise something was wrong. end up the delivery guys brought the wrong sofa set up,LOL. they were like 'sorry auntie~' so they went down again and finally brought the right one up.

i seriously don't mind the sofa reaching late, but i think the least you can do is at least give us a call,didn't you learn service management? lol. it could at least save me from my mom's nagging ( because she was pretty fed up and had no one to nag to,LOL)

its kind of huge, bigger than our previous one. but i was like 'orange and grey???' need some getting use to.
